As you will see from the following article life has been a bit hectic recently.

Glasgow is terrific, although the commuting is hard work. I've just returned from two hours at the gym (a rare day off) because I can feel the flab piling on with the endless 'hurry up and wait(s)' that is now necessary when travelling. Got through some wonderful novels though, I can highly recommend 'The Time Traveler's Wife' by Audrey Niffenegger...

Happy Spring! As I type I'm looking at a hillock of columbine and watching kids play in this glorious evening sunshine, it lifts the spirit this weather doesn't it?
